ACCOUNT TERMS
MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, or COD.
COD shipments outside of Virginia must be paid by cashiers check or money order.

SHIPPING
Most orders are shipped U.P.S. or FEDEX.  Large orders and oversize shipments are shipped via truck freight.  Special shipping or rush delivery is available.  Orders received by 3:30 PM EST are shipped the same day.  UPS Ground Shipments within Continental USA only $9.99! (Certain Oversize items excluded)

BACKORDERS
DRP fills orders 95+% complete.  Items not in stock at the time of shipment are backordered.  Most backorders ship within 3-4 days.  Backorders over 30 days old are canceled.  DRP will normally contact you via phone or e-mail with backordered status prior to shipment.

CUSTOMER PICK UP COUNTER
Orders may be placed for pick up at DRP.  Please allow 1 hour advance for phone orders or 2 hours for internet/e-mail orders.

RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 90 days of the purchase date.  Refunds via payment method are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.  After 30 days, account credit will be issued.  Please send copy of original invoice and reason for return.  All returns are subject to a $5.00 or 15% return processing fee.  Discontinued, used or clearance items are non-returnable.

SPECIAL ORDERS
Special orders are available for non-stocking items from a DRP manufacturer.  A special order charge of $5.00, in addition to shipping and handling, may apply.  Special ordered items are non-returnable.  Pre-payment may be required.

DROP SHIPMENTS
Shipments directly to special destinations are available.  A direct ship or drop ship service charge of $5.00, plus shipping and handling may apply.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
DRP will repair or replace any products found upon inspection to be defective in workmanship or material within 12 months form the date of purchase for the original purchaser. DRP Performance Products will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury resulting from direct or indirect use of any product from any manufacturer or inability by the purchaser to determine proper use or application of any product.
Purchase and/or use of any product implies recognition and acceptance of this disclaimer by the consumer.
